Are you looking for more of an up close view of the places you visit? Are you looking for something smaller and don't want to deal with the big dinners, shows, casino, lines, etc. Then a small ship cruise might be right for you. They can get into the smaller ports and places you can't see on the big ships, so that you can get to know the place you are visiting. Small ships are really a more personalized way to cruise.
